Krish Ramadurai is a Partner at Harmonix Fund, leading the firm’s technical due diligence, investment sourcing, and portfolio operational support across their healthcare, life sciences, and deep technology practices. He is a multi-published author, advisor, lecturer, and former researcher at Harvard & MIT. While at Harvard, he worked with Nobel Laureate Economist Michael Kremer on the United States Agency for International Development’s Innovation Ventures Fund and authored three books on medicine and applied engineering. He serves as a venture advisor for Nucleate and is a board observer for Sorcero and xCures. He has been nominated for multiple industry awards including Forbes 30 Under 30 in venture capital and the NVCA Rising Star Award. He has advanced degrees in Biology, Nanotechnology & Nanomedicine, and Business Administration from Harvard University, Oxford University, and Washington University in St. Louis, respectively, and a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology and Economics with a Chemistry minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Cofield grew up in South Africa, and has lived in Botswana, Kenya, London and the United States. She managed and led teams of up to 45+ in various verticals, including interior lifestyle brands, import and export and the entertainment industry.
Cofield is also an accomplished recording artist who was signed to Sony and Universal Music and is an Ambassador for the 46664 Nelson Mandela Foundation.
During her career in the entertainment industry, Cofield nurtured, managed and developed talent for the global stage.
Her unique specialty is coaching, negotiating and evaluating character for assembling successful teams, which she artfully brings to her role in Venture Capital.
